Jenna Rader's practice encompasses both litigation and transactional matters, primarily in the area of intellectual property, with particular emphasis on trademarks, copyrights and trade secrets. She also advises clients on advertising, entertainment and sports law as well as legal issues involved with the ever-expanding Internet. In her litigation practice, Jenna has successfully handled dozens of complex intellectual property cases in state and federal courts. She has extensive experience in handling proceedings in the United States Patent and Trademark Office and before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board. On the non-litigation side of her practice, Jenna has a broad range of experience in handling both foreign and domestic intellectual property matters, including complex licenses, transactions and filings. Although Jenna has a broad client base, she has particular experience with businesses engaged in the food, clothing, banking, healthcare, consumer product, construction, sports and oil and gas industries. Jenna also has extensive speaking and writing experience, including serving as an adjunct professor of intellectual property for the University of Oklahoma College of Law. Prior to entering law school, she chaired the science department and taught physics, anatomy, chemistry and biology at Crescent High School in Crescent, OK. In 1998, she was honored as the school's "Teacher of the Year" and was named in Who's Who of Teachers. Jenna continues to guest speak on a variety of topics related to her practice. She graduated with highest honors from the University of Oklahoma College of Law with various awards and scholarships and has authored several published works, including a series of guest columns in The Journal Record involving trademark and copyright issues. Jenna's achievements have earned her inclusion in the prestigious list of The Best Lawyers in America (trademark law) and Oklahoma Super Lawyers' list of "Oklahoma Rising Stars," which recognizes the state's top up-and-coming attorneys.
