Jennifer has extensive experience serving clients in the public finance sector as bond counsel, borrowers counsel and underwriters counsel in variable rate and fixed rate tax-exempt and taxable financing transactions involving not-for-profit organizations including: colleges and universities; secondary schools; hospitals, nursing homes and other healthcare entities; and other charitable organizations. She also serves as bond counsel and disclosure counsel to various government entities including State issuers as well as housing finance authorities.
Notable Experience
· Serves as bond counsel, borrowers counsel and underwriters counsel for taxable and tax-exempt borrowings through the Massachusetts Development Finance Agency for educational and healthcare institutions such as Northeastern University, Boston College, Emerson College, Caregroup, Inc. and South Shore Hospital, Inc.
· Serves as bond counsel to the State of Vermont in connection with its general obligation bond financings.
· Serves as bond counsel to the New Hampshire Municipal Bond Bank in connection with its various general obligation and revenue bonding programs.
· Serves as bond counsel with respect to mortgage revenue bond financings for the Massachusetts Housing Finance Agency and the Connecticut Housing Finance Authority.
· Serves as bond counsel to the Vermont Economic Development Authority with respect to its revenue bond financings for 501(c)(3) entities and small manufacturing facilities.
· Represents borrowers and issuers in Massachusetts Development Finance Agency pool loan transactions.
· Serves as disclosure counsel for the Massachusetts Port Authority.

Before Edwards Wildman
Before law School, Jennifer worked as a business consultant for Arthur Andersen LLP and Hitachi Consulting in San Francisco, CA. Her work focused primarily on business process redesign for marketing departments at several major software companies on the West Coast. While attending Boston College Law School, Jennifer served as Articles Editor for the Boston College Law Review. In addition to receiving her J.D., summa cum laude, from Boston College, Jennifer also received a Masters degree in Higher Education Administration.
Besides Edwards Wildman
Jennifer, an Academic All-American, was a competitive gymnast for 17 years, including as a varsity team member at the University of Pennsylvania. She is currently studying Muay Thai kickboxing and Krav Maga self-defense in pursuit of her black belt. Gymnastics and kickboxing are not the only sports she is passionate about, however, as she is a season ticket holder to the New England Patriots and attends all the home games with her family.
