John advises broker-dealers and investment advisers regarding securities regulatory requirements and represents them in investigations by securities regulatory authorities. He also advises issuers and broker-dealers in securities transactions exempt from registration under federal and state securities laws and entities in merger and acquisition transactions.
John served as Commissioner of Securities of Missouri in 1973-1974 and has been a Partner of the firm and its predecessors since 1975.
