John R. Timmer, an associate in the Firm's Litigation Services Department, maintains a litigation practice focusing on matters involving commercial litigation, appellate practice and insurance. Mr. Timmer also has significant experience in the defense of product liability claims involving pharmaceuticals and medical devices.
Prior to joining Schnader, Mr. Timmer was an associate at a Philadelphia area law firm.
