Kay Wolf, Board-certified by the Florida Bar as a Specialist in labor and employment law, has practiced in the area since 1976. Her practice is devoted to providing management with the necessary tools to meet the challenges in today's employment arena, through proactive legal advice, training, and litigating complex cases in both trial and appellate courts. Kay is a certified mediator in Florida's circuit courts and in the U.S. Middle District of Florida. She also serves as an arbitrator. Kay is a member of the Firm's Executive Committee and she has responsibility for the Firm's Partner Professional Development Initiative. Kay is the immediate past Chair of the Center for Women's Philanthropy Advisory Board, and a member of the Venture Philanthropists and 100 Women Strong giving circles. In addition, Kay has served on the Board of Directors of the Central Florida Boys and Girls Clubs for over 20 years, and is a past Chair. She also sings in her church choir, which has toured in the United States, Canada, and England.
