Kelly is an associate in the Litigation Section, practicing in the Boston office.
Prior to joining Mintz Levin, Kelly worked as a Case Assistant for Baker, Donelson, Bearman, Caldwell & Berkowitz, PC, where he organized closing documents and supported due diligence for M&A transactions, summarized software license agreements for outsourcing projects for Fortune 500 companies, and created an economic model for risk assessment for corporate procurement transactions, a model that was later adopted on an enterprise level by a Fortune 100 company.
Kelly has co-authored numerous articles across a variety of legal topics. Recent publications include:

Kelly is admitted to practice in Massachusetts. He received his B.A. in Economics from Bowdoin College (2006), and his J.D. from Emory University (2009), where he was a member of the National Moot Court Team, was elected to the Order of the Barristers, and received the National College of Trial Lawyers Medal for Excellence in Advocacy.
