Ken Sagan is the Chairman of the firm and is based in the Lexington office. He practices business law with concentrations in mergers and acquisitions and finance.
Mr. Sagan has handled a large number of business financing and capital transactions.
Recent Assignments
· Led the closing team of over 20 lawyers and paralegals from five law firms and companies in the liquidation sale of approximately $1 billion of assets of a major life insurance company
· Representation of the Lexington Legends, a minor league baseball team, in various transactions including stadium financing and franchise sale
