Kieth Mullback is a partner in the Real Property & Planning Group in Calgary. He practises in the area of commercial real estate, including commercial lending, conveyancing, acquisitions, sales and leasing.
Mr. Mullback is experienced in commercial mortgage financing dealing with regional shopping centres, co-owner interests, limited partnerships and commercial and industrial developments; sale and purchase of commercial developments, including land acquisitions, sales and subdivision; negotiation and preparation of commercial leases for office, retail, shopping centre and industrial developments, including ground leases. Mr. Mullback has been involved in negotiation and preparation of agreements for major landlords, tenants and national developers in significant commercial developments.
Mr. Mullback has participated in commercial leasing seminars given by the Legal Education Society of Alberta, Canadian Institute, Canadian Bar Association as well as in legal forums presented by the International Council of Shopping Centres and has been a lecturer for the Bar Admission Course on commercial leasing. Past editorial board member of the Legal Education Society publication relating to real property conveyancing.
Mr. Mullback is recognized in the 2004-2010 Guide to the Leading 500 Lawyers in Canada, published by Lexpert and American Lawyer, as a leading property development lawyer. He also appears in the Canadian Legal Lexpert Directory, a guide to the leading law firms and practitioners in Canada, as a leading lawyer in the areas of property development and property leasing, and in The International Who's Who of Real Estate Lawyers 2004-2010.
