Our intellectual property attorneys are experienced and knowledgeable:

• The patent litigation team includes over 35 attorneys who concentrate in patent litigation; the team partners with other of the firm's 95+ intellectual property attorneys and 130+ commercial litigation attorneys, and other of the firm's attorneys (including those concentrating in antitrust, licensing, tax, and other areas), as needed
• More than 50 Kilpatrick Stockton attorneys are registered patent attorneys.
• Scientific and engineering degrees in virtually every discipline; former engineers, scientists, patent examiners, and law clerks to federal judges
• 7 IP attorneys hold a Ph.D. in their field; 17 hold masters degrees
