Kurt C. Rommel represents clients in a broad range of business and commercial litigation at both the trial and appellate levels, with particular emphasis on patent, trademark, trade secret and other intellectual property litigation; construction, development and other real estate related matters; commercial lending disputes and restrictive covenant and other employment issues. He also has decades of experience counseling creditors and advocating their interests in the bankruptcy courts.
Kurt aggressively and efficiently represents his clients in all of the state and federal courts in the Mid-Atlantic region. He is licensed to practice in all courts in the Commonwealth of Virginia, the District of Columbia and the State of Maryland.
When he is not practicing law, Kurt is actively involved in the community, volunteering his time to support civic, youth sports and performing arts organizations.
