Members of Lane Powell’s London Market Practice Group possess a broad range of experience and skill in complex legal issues. Our attorneys routinely provide coverage opinions to both Lloyd’s Syndicates and London Market companies, and represent the Market in coverage disputes with assureds. The Firm is regularly instructed to defend litigation against London Market assureds. For many years, the Firm has been one of the limited number of firms selected to represent the London Market in coverage disputes concerning environmental contamination across the United States. The Firm’s London practice had its genesis in the admiralty and aviation areas, which remain viable practice disciplines to date.
