Depending on the immigration service required, our immigration attorneys are able to assist clients with submission of petitions to the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services ("USCIS") or Customs and Border Protection ("CBP") under the Department of Homeland Security, representation in administrative hearings, as well as appeals to the Board of Immigration Appeals and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
