Service Approach

We are able to provide to our international clients the benefit of our legal knowledge and experience, as well as the security of local counsel through our network of affiliates. For example, our team works closely with the Chinese law firm Fu & Tong. We have been especially successful with our ties in Asia, particularly in corporate transactions, and have honed our ability to both speak and write Chinese. We represent dozens of Chinese and other Asian companies and have taken more than thirty Asian companies public in the U.S., including the first Chinese, Taiwanese, and Thai companies to be listed on the American Stock Exchange.
