| Biography | Accumulates a vast experience of 22 years of professional practice as a lawyer, where he has structured and managed with success transactions of great impact in the judicial and business matters of the Dominican Republic, such as acquisitions, mergers, and sales of Banking and Insurance entities, as well, has managed important litigation cases in the Dominican Tribunals. Has been the representative of the private sector in the drafting and round of discussions of projects of laws and treaties nationally and internationally such as the World Health Organization. He is a member of the Dominican Bar Association, Dominican Notary School, and Executive Director of the Dominican Association of Cigarettes Industry and Secretary of the Council of Directors of the Administration of the Risk of Human Health, "Administradora de Riesgos de Salud Humano ARS Humano."
