Mark Apelian's triumphs both in and out of the courtroom have both been the bane of defendants and their attorneys and the joy of those injured victims that Mark has had the pleasure to represent. Mark is relentless in orchestrating actions that result in substantial settlements or jury verdict awards that bring responsible parties to justice.
Mark continues to be an active member with various trial lawyer associations and continues to act as both a mediator and as an Alternative Dispute Resolution Officer. Mark too has been asked to lecture before various Los Angeles County Bar Association groups.

Mark was honored by having been selected as one of a handful of lawyers who were recognized as Southern California Super Lawyers for the years 2004, 2005, 2006, 2009 and recently, for the year 2010. He was recognized in the February 2004 issue of Los Angeles magazine and in the Southern California Super Lawyers 2004 publication. These two magazines again recognized Mark as one of Southern California's Super Lawyers in their 2005, 2006, 2008 and 2009 editions, and will again be recognizing him in their 2010 editions as well.
