About Attorney Awards

Commercial Transactions

The Commercial Transactions practice group advises clients of all sizes in varying aspects of business law. In addition to providing counsel on the formation of business entities -- including corporations, limited liability companies and partnerships -- we draft and negotiate shareholder, partnership and operating agreements. We also structure the purchase and sale of businesses. Our clients benefit from the tax and financing perspectives we can bring to a transaction. The group also has considerable experience representing borrowers and lenders in all types of secured and unsecured lending transactions, including traditional real estate-based loans as well as asset-based and formula-driven lending relationships.
