Mr. Harwin ceased effective representation upon the realization that the case I had was of a particularly brutish case due to the illegal behavior of Maricopa County Judges (Carrey Hyatt, who accepted a bribe) and the Adult Probation Department who falsified evidence and committed blatant perjury while under oath.
