| Biography | Attorney General and First Deputy Attorney General of Hawaii, 1981-1985. After returning to private practice, he won the largest wrongful termination jury verdict in state history ($2.1 Million) and landmark Hawaii and U.S. Supreme Court cases on wrongful termination, land use, the right to campaign for political office, and open government. He also won a class action exemption for vaccinated guide dogs from Hawaii's 4-month rabies quarantine. Recipient: Legion of Merit; Defense Meritorious Service; Meritorious Service Medals.
