Attorney Cruz is counsel to the Firm at the Middletown office. He is experienced in all aspects of general corporate and commercial business representation and transactions. In addition, Mr. Cruz's practice concentrates on commercial and residential real estate transactions, and a wide variety of litigation matters. Mr. Cruz ran his own law firm prior to joining Halloran & Sage in October, 2011, and brings over 11 years experience to the Middletown office. He is licensed in Connecticut.
