Infrastructure

Miller Thomson’s infrastructure practice group brings the full complement of our firm’s legal and business resources together to assist with any infrastructure project, be it simple or complex.

 

Our Group is made up of lawyers trained and experienced in a broad range of legal disciplines - business and commercial, corporate, tax, regulatory, construction, real estate and development, government relations, environmental, labour, corporate finance, lending and alternative finance. Our group is readily able to assess the nature of the project, the abilities of our client to manage it and the potential risks and benefits associated with the transaction, whether it be conventionally financed or financed through alternative financing models.

Working with our clients, we have the experience to assist with the development of a project model that is suited to the client's goals and objectives, experience and tolerance for risk. We work with our clients, and their advisors, to develop the appropriate project framework, and within that framework we develop the legal, business and regulatory solutions required to move the project from concept to reality.
