We have comprehensive antitrust skills in all areas of trade regulation practice, from counseling and transactional representation to litigation and administrative proceedings.

Comprehensive Industry Knowledge
Our practice includes several former government officials, including a former FCC Chairman, who have first-hand familiarity with the telecommunications industries and mass media and the legal frameworks and policy processes that shape them. Additionally, several of our attorneys have served in positions such as senior counsel to the Subcommittee on Telecommunications and Finance in the U.S. House of Representatives, administrative assistant to the chairman of the FCC and in high-ranking positions in the FCC's Common Carrier Bureau, Office of Plans and Policy, and Office of General Counsel.
