| Biography | Rachelle R. Hart is a partner with Foley & Lardner LLP. A member of the firm's Health Care Industry Team, Ms. Hart's practice involves the representation of health systems, hospitals, medical clinics, physicians, nursing homes and other health care providers on matters of corporate organization, operations and management, mergers, acquisitions and affiliations, as well as general corporate, regulatory and contractual matters. Ms. Hart's professional affiliations include the Milwaukee Bar Association, the Health Law and Elder Law Sections of the State Bar of Wisconsin, the American Hospital Association, and the American Health Lawyers Association. Ms. Hart also serves as an officer and member of the board of directors and several committees of the Milwaukee Jewish Home and Care Center, a nonprofit organization consisting of a nursing home, community-based residential facility, independent living facility, and adult day care center. Ms. Hart was recently selected by her peers for inclusion in the 2009 and 2010 editions of The Best Lawyers in America® in the field of health care law. Ms. Hart is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin - Madison (J.D., Law School, cum laude, 1989; B.A., with distinction, 1986). She was admitted to the Wisconsin Bar in 1989. |
