Ryan Rabinovitch is an associate in our Tax Group in Montréal. His practice encompasses all aspects of tax planning and litigation.
In 2002, Mr. Rabinovitch received a B.C.L. and an LL.B. from McGill University's Faculty of Law, where he received the Aimé Geoffrion Gold Medal. He then worked as a comparative law clerk for President Aharon Barak of the Supreme Court of Israel, completed his Master's degree in law (BCL) at the University of Oxford, and served as a law clerk to the Honourable Justice Louise Arbour of the Supreme Court of Canada. Prior to joining the firm in 2011, Mr. Rabinovitch worked in the tax department of another major Canadian law firm.
He has published articles in several publications, including STEP Inside and Federated Press (Corporate Structures and Groups), and is a member of the Canadian Tax Foundation, the Association de planification fiscale et financi`re, and the Canadian Bar Association. He was called to the Québec bar in 2006.
