| Biography | Scott's practice is devoted to the representation of clients in federal and state court, at both the trial and appellate level. Scott concentrates his practice on the areas of complex litigation and business disputes, financial services litigation, and consumer litigation.
Before joining the firm, Scott served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable John A. Gibney, Jr., United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia.
