Sean Rimoin has recently joined the Financial Services and Insolvency Group of Miller Thomson LLP in Toronto. Sean brings with him his expertise in the financial services area with a focus on lending and corporate transactions. Sean's practice focuses on all types of lending transactions including, subordinated, mezzanine, senior, asset based, convertible debt and equity financings. In addition to his experience in financial services, Sean has experience in advising and acting for clients in a diverse range of corporate transactions such as asset and share purchases, private placements and initial public offerings.
