He graduated from Emporia State University in 1969 and received his Juris Doctor degree from The University of Kansas in 1975. Steve Robison practices primarily in the areas of commercial civil litigation, antitrust defense, intellectual property, eminent domain (condemnation), white collar civil and criminal defense, securities, and bank, business and health care fraud litigation. In recent years, Mr. Robison has: Defended numerous defense contractors against a variety of claims by the Department of Justice and the Department of Defense. The matters have generally been disposed of without a criminal or civil case being filed by the government; accordingly, the names of those companies cannot be disclosed. Prosecuted claims of trade secret violations on behalf of businesses. Defended health care providers against claims of fraud by the Department of Justice. Represented landowners in condemnation proceedings brought by state and municipal authorities. Mr. Robison is a member of the Wichita and Kansas Bar Associations.
