The firm has developed specialized expertise in matters related to shopping center development, including site acquisition, disposition, regulatory approvals, joint ventures, finance, leasing, operations, reciprocal access and easement agreements, CC&Rs, and tenant disputes. We also have specialized expertise in transactions involving municipal bond-financed projects, as well as medical office, assisted living and other healthcare-related projects.
Corporate Real Estate
We understand the importance of meeting the demanding and time-sensitive real estate needs of businesses, including those that are expanding, consolidating, relocating, merging, or being acquired.
