Ms. Katzoff’s practice is focused on public finance and creditors’ rights. She represents industrial development agencies and municipalities in connection with the issuance of tax-exempt obligations. She has successfully negotiated leases, disclosure documents, contracts and agreements on behalf of state and local authorities and agencies.

In addition to the foregoing, she has successfully litigated hundreds of adversary proceedings involving fraudulent conveyance and preference claims as well as successfully addressing issues involving assumption/rejection, adequate assurance for utilities and administrative expense claims.
