Vaughan Finn has over 25 years of litigation experience. She represents franchisors in petroleum marketing matters, and employers and businesses in employment disputes and life, health, disability and ERISA litigation. Vaughan has tried cases in Connecticut, Massachusetts, Pennsylvania and the District of Columbia. She has argued appeals in the Second, Third and Eighth Circuits. Before moving to Connecticut, Vaughan was a Senior Trial Counsel in the Civil Division of the United States Department of Justice in Washington, D.C., where her clients included the Executive Office of the President, the National Security Council, the Federal Bureau of Investigation, the Department of Health and Human Services and the Comptroller of the Currency. After graduating from law school, Vaughan served as a law clerk to Judge Morris E. Lasker of the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York.
