WENDY R. BENNETT is an Associate in the Construction Group at Cohen Seglias Pallas Greenhall & Furman PC, and a registered Pennsylvania Architect. Wendy represents contractors and subcontractors, design professionals and owners for both private and public projects in litigation, as well as in arbitration and mediation settings. She focuses her practice on construction litigation and the resolution of construction disputes including claims for unpaid contract balance, delays, mechanics' lien claims and other construction issues.
Wendy has fifteen years of experience working in the architecture and construction management fields. Prior to joining Cohen Seglias, she was an Architect and Project Manager for the Redevelopment Authority of the City of Philadelphia. While there, she managed a variety of construction projects for the Design and Construction Department including multi-million dollar public works and streetscape improvement projects. During that time, she also assisted with eminent domain takings and managed a portfolio of properties undergoing redevelopment in Philadelphia.
Recently, Wendy was accepted for membership in the inaugural year of The Jefferson Society, a new professional organization for attorney-architects who hold professional licenses to practice as both architects and attorneys.
