Bill Hellmann has more than 30 years experience as a transactional attorney representing clients in a wide array of business and finance matters. He enjoys drafting and negotiating complex documents, as well as counseling with major clients on legal and business matters. He has significant experience representing airports in contract and financial matters. Bill is AV-rated in Martindale-Hubbell and is listed in Kentucky Super Lawyers 2007 and 2008 magazine. He is a current member of the U.S. Naval Institute. Besides Stites & Harbison Bill is an avid fan of college football and basketball.
