In addition to serving as Co-Managing Partner of Foley Hoag, William Kolb is head of the firm's Mergers and Acquisitions Practice Group and in the past served as the Chairman of the Business Department. He has represented both buyers and sellers (including a special board committee) of public and private companies, particularly those involved in the technology industry.
