Biography

Certified by the New Jersey Supreme Court as a Civil Trial Attorney. For over forty-seven years Mr. Barker has been actively engaged in jury trials and appellate practice for cases involving civil rights, personal injury, sexual abuse, sexual discrimination, sexual harassment, and insurance coverage. There are approximately 167 cases reported by Lexis which involve Mr. Barker’s legal representation in a wide variety of practice areas.
