Mr. Wentz is a solid family law attorney. It is not his only area of practice. He also practices in Probate and Personal Injury law. Many times he shuffles his cases between himself and his associate, Kelly Simon. So, I never really know who is actually going to show up for a litigation event... such as depositions, mediations, and hearings. Is he "pre-eminent" in Family Law? Not really. Solid, yes.
