Biography

Aaron is a fighter who believes that an attorney’s job is to defend the Constitution, be honest, and seek justice. Aaron has secured reversals of murder convictions, helped people secure new trials with newly discovered evidence, secured acquittals for the wrongfully accused, in addition to assisting people in a broad range of civil and appellate maters. Aaron is a supporter of the Second Amendment and also a certified NRA firearms instructor who, in his spare time, instructs law-abiding citizens how to responsibly exercise their rights to bear arms. Aaron is also the author of the book, Don’t Get Lynched! that warns the public about the realities of the legal profession and provides tips to avoid unscrupulous attorneys.

Aaron practices in the areas of criminal defense, pardons and commutations, civil litigation, appeals, and other areas.
