Aaron L. Gehrke

Aaron's practice focuses on civil litigation, family law, estate planning, and criminal law. Before joining Myers Billion, Aaron worked for the Minnehaha County Public Defender's Office where he gained substantial negotiation and trial experience. He has appeared in front of multiple judges in the 2nd Circuit helping clients through a wide variety of court hearings.

Aaron prides himself on listening to his clients, identifying their specific needs, and guiding them through their legal options. His goal is to resolve the case the way the client wants it resolved. Whether it's an out of court settlement, mediation, or trial, he is there for you.

Aaron grew up on a farm in rural Minnesota where he learned the value of hard work and dedication. After leaving the farm, he graduated from Augustana College with a bachelor’s degree in business administration. He attended law school at the University of South Dakota School of Law where he was the top of his class in multiple subjects. In his free time Aaron enjoys spending time with his wife, Elsa, fishing, attending car shows, and spending time with his family.
