Biography

Aaron Winn defends clients in employment, privacy, and consumer class actions in federal and state courts across the country, including California, Arizona, Texas, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Pennsylvania, Minnesota, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Maryland, New Hampshire, Ohio, West Virginia, Ohio, and Tennessee, among others.

At the trial court level, Aaron has obtained dismissals via motions to dismiss and summary judgment, has defeated class certification, and has successfully defended his clients at trial.

He has also successfully preserved clients’ wins and overturned adverse decisions in federal and state appellate courts across the country.
