Biography

Mr. Kadish’s primary areas of practice include Real Estate, Corporate Law and Commercial Transactions.

In the area of Real Estate, he has represented many Cooperative Corporations and Condominium Associations and has extensive experience in all types of Real Estate transactions, including Purchases, Sales, Leasing, 1031 Tax Free Exchanges and Foreclosures.
