Biography

Abdulrahman is based in Greenberg Traurig Khalid Al-Thebity’s office in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. He is a public policy and regulatory attorney with a strong foundation in the Saudi legal system and deep experience advising government entities and state-owned companies on legislative and regulatory issues.

His practice encompasses legislative drafting, regulatory proposal development, public policy formulation, compliance, procurement, and restructuring. He also advises on corporate and commercial matters, with particular emphasis on cybersecurity, cloud computing, and data protection. Abdulrahman’s experience extends across a wide range of sectors, including energy, infrastructure, real estate, insurance, entertainment, sports, and economic zones. He holds an LL.M. from the University of Southern California, where he also earned a Diploma in U.S. Legal Studies, as well as an LL.B. from King Saud University in Riyadh.
