Biography

Abigael Pence is a dedicated criminal defense attorney serving clients throughout the Puget Sound region, including Pierce, King, Lewis, Thurston, Kitsap, Mason, Grays Harbor, and Snohomish Counties, as well as area municipal courts. Admitted to practice at age 22, Abigael brings both breadth and depth to her work, drawing from her diverse experience as a prosecutor, defense attorney, and even as a witness in the criminal justice system. Her early experiences—being compelled to testify as a child—fueled her passion for justice and continue to inform her client-centered approach. Abigael’s commitment is reflected in a proven record of favorable outcomes, including successful jury verdicts, pretrial rulings, and appellate victories. She prides herself on her ability to view cases from multiple perspectives, advocating for her clients with compassion and determination. Abigael holds a double major from Central Washington University and is a Seattle University School of Law graduate, with additional experience in civil litigation. Outside the office, she enjoys exploring the Pacific Northwest with her husband and two children, traveling, and spending time outdoors.
