Biography

Abigail is a partner in the firm’s Labour & Employment Law Department.

Abigail joined Herzog Fox & Neeman after working as a lawyer in the Labour Law Department in the State Attorney’s Office, where, for 16 years, Abigail represented the State before the District and National Labour Courts and the Supreme Court.

Abigail has extensive experience dealing with individual and collective claims, appeals and petitions and has written a number of papers representing the opinion of the Attorney General in matters of a special public interest.

Abigail specialises in both individual and collective litigation proceedings in the field of Labour Law.

Abigail represents both local and international clients in a wide range of labour and employment law matters and advises clients with respect to various aspects of employment relations, including employee recruitment, employment terms and conditions, HR policies, the prevention of sexual harassment, non-competition and non-solicitation issues, and employment termination.

Additionally, Abigail is highly experienced in representing employers in matters of collective bargaining and implementation and interpretation of collective labour agreements
