Adam brings a wealth of experience to his role at Levine DeSantis,
LLC, where he has been a key contributor since 2008. With a focus on
Estate Planning, Wealth Preservation, Gifting Strategies, Federal
Gift, and Generation-Skipping Transfer Taxes, as well as Offshore Tax
Controversies, Adam navigates the complexities of these areas with
precision and insight.
His academic
journey laid a solid foundation for his practice. Adam earned his
Juris Doctor from Brooklyn Law School in 2008, concentrating on
estate planning, tax, and real estate. During his time at Brooklyn
Law School, he distinguished himself as a senior member of the
Advanced Corporate Real Estate Clinic. This selective and innovative
clinic focused on representing low-income cooperatives in New York
City's five boroughs. In this capacity, Adam served as house counsel
for boards of directors of low-income cooperatives, showcasing his
dedication to practical and impactful legal work. His undergraduate
studies culminated in a B.A. in British and American Literature from
the University of Maryland, College Park, in 2003.
Adam's commitment
to knowledge-sharing extends beyond the confines of his practice. He
has presented seminars and lectures to accountants on Federal Gift
and Generation-Skipping Transfer Taxes and United States Gift (and
Generation-Skipping Transfer) Tax Return preparation, demonstrating
his role as a thought leader in his field.
In his leisure
time, Adam finds joy in outdoor activities, including hiking with his
wife and their dog, Rufus, and sailing on Raritan Bay. An avid cook
and traveler, Adam balances his professional pursuits with a
well-rounded and enriching personal life.
Adam's commitment

the CALI Excellence for the Future Award in Trusts and Estates Law.
Additionally, he is a Founding Member of the Brooklyn Law School
Investing Club and an active participant in the Corporate and Real
