Experience: Representative Matters: Acted for Growler Mining Tuscaloosa, LLC, the fulcrum creditor in the landmark financial restructuring of Argo Blockchain PLC. The restructuring was implemented by way of a Part 26A Restructuring Plan, enabling Argo to retain its Nasdaq listing despite being the plan company under the Restructuring Plan.; Acted for River Island, the prominent design and fashion retail chain on its successful financial and leasehold estate restructuring, implemented by way of a Part 26A Restructuring Plan.; Acted for the administrators in relation to the sale of the business and assets of Camm & Hooper, an events and restaurants company on a pre-packaged administration sale, resulting in the rescue of circa 70 jobs.; Acted for Harland & Wolff and its administrators on a pre-packaged administration sale of its business and certain assets to Navantia UK Ltd - a deal which saw over 1000 jobs being saved and the preservation of the historic Harland & Wolff name.; Prezzo Restaurants, representation of a large UK casual dining chain in its landmark Part 26A restructuring plan involving the compromise of landlord claims, tax and local authority debts and other secured and unsecured creditor claims.
