Biography

Adam Farber is a skilled trial attorney with a strong background in litigation and courtroom advocacy. Raised in West Central Indiana, Adam earned his Bachelor of Science in Economics from Indiana University in Bloomington. He then attended the University of Illinois Chicago School of Law, where he earned his Juris Doctor. After completing his education, Adam returned to his home state of Indiana to begin his legal career and has proudly served clients across the state ever since.

Before joining Morgan & Morgan, Adam worked as an insurance defense attorney handling motor vehicle accident cases and also served as a Deputy Prosecuting Attorney in Clark County, Indiana. These roles allowed him to sharpen his trial skills and gain a deep understanding of how cases are evaluated and defended. With numerous favorable verdicts in both bench and jury trials, Adam brings valuable insight to his current role, giving him a unique perspective when representing plaintiffs and advocating for those who have been injured.

Adam is excited to bring his experience to Morgan & Morgan, where he is passionate about helping clients navigate the legal system and fight for the justice they deserve. He understands the emotional and financial stress legal battles can place on individuals and families, and he is committed to guiding them every step of the way. Adam is admitted to practice in the State of Indiana, as well as the U.S. District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana.
