Adam Forsyth

Adam received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Southern Utah University in 2014 where he graduated Summa Cum Laude and was awarded by faculty as “The Outstanding Student in Criminal Justice.” He received his Juris Doctorate from J. Reuben Clark Law School at BYU in 2017. After graduating and passing the Utah Bar Exam, Adam worked in Saint George at a small firm for a year before he ventured out with his own solo practice for two years before bringing his talents to the Fillmore Spencer team where he has been hired to head most of their operations and growth in the Southern Utah Area.Adam has shared his talents working primarily with families. Being the oldest of 10 children has helped him understand many of the dynamics of Family Law where Adam has excelled focusing on helping individuals in critical situations. His focus took him to volunteering with Utah Legal Services as both a contracted attorney and on pro-bono cases where he has assisted many low-income clients. Growing up in Southern Utah, Adam has deep connections with the vibrant people and culture that exists down here. The amazing natural red rocks has been the backdrop to many of his life events as he and his wife recently welcomed their fourth child to their family. Adam enjoys the outdoors, running, competitive laser tag, puzzles of all kinds, board games, reading, and good food. Adam’s law practice focuses on family law, civil litigation, criminal law, estate planning, personal injury, and corporate planning, set-up, and litigation.
