About Attorney Awards

Biography

Adam Elias is the founder and managing attorney of Elias Counsel LLC. A native New Jerseyan known for a straight-talking, approachable style, he was named a Super Lawyers Rising Star in both his second and fifth years of practice—an honor awarded to no more than 2.5% of attorneys in the state. Adam concentrates his practice on estate planning, probate administration, real estate law, and tax planning, helping families in Monroe Township and surrounding communities navigate complex legal and financial decisions. His prior experience in mortgage services provides a broader perspective on how legal, financial, and real-life concerns intersect. Outside the office he’s often troubleshooting tech, sharing a laugh during consultations, or attending community events with his family.
