Biography

ADAM L. FRANKEL, an Associate with the Firm, is a member of the Firm’s insurance coverage practice group. Adam has extensive experience handling matters involving insurance coverage and defense, commercial litigation, and civil appeals in state and federal courts across the country. Adam formerly served as a judicial law clerk in the Illinois Appellate Court, as an adjunct professor of Advocacy at Loyola University-Chicago School of Law, and as an assistant defender for the Office of the State Appellate Defender.

Adam is admitted to practice in the State of Illinois, the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit.

Adam is graduate of the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign (B.A.) and Loyola University-Chicago School of Law (J.D., cum laude), where he received the CALI Award for Academic Excellence in Appellate Advocacy. Adam also served as a member of the moot court team and as a staff editor of the Loyola Consumer Law Review.
