EXPERIENCE

Mr. Adam Levitsky concentrates his practice in the areas of workers’ compensation defense, subrogation, general civil liability and criminal defense. He has successfully defended employers, their insurance companies, self-insureds and third-party administrators at all levels of the workers’ compensation process. He has extensive trial and appellate court experience in Michigan state and federal courts.

Mr. Levitsky brings an aggressive, yet practical, approach to the practice of law. He keeps in mind the clients’ overall business goals in handling his case. He truly values open communication between his clients and himself, as it is his belief that a strategy that includes all parties in early investigation and continued litigation is the best way to achieve a successful outcome.

Mr. Levitsky has also been a frequent lecturer and moderator at workers’ compensation and liability seminars for both clients and other attorneys. As the editor of the Giarmarco, Mullins & Horton Workers’ Compensation Client Newsletter, he is apprised of all recent and important developments in Michigan workers’ compensation law.
