Adam Lindenbaum represents real estate firms in connection with their use, management and operation of commercial real estate. He focuses his practice on handling disputes involving complex landlord-tenant matters, real estate ownership, foreclosures and commercial litigation. Adam also has extensive litigation experience involving residential real estate including cooperatives and condominiums, the loft law, rent stabilization and rent control.
