Adam Hurwitz brings over 38 years of litigation experience to The Perecman Firm, P.L.L.C., where he dedicates his career to seeking justice for those who have suffered significant injuries. He recalls representing the family of a foreign diplomat in a devastating truck accident case, where a father and son were struck while crossing a New York City street. The accident tragically took the father’s life and left the son with severe permanent injuries. Adam’s relentless advocacy led to a near eight-figure settlement, offering the family some measure of relief and financial stability.

In another notable case, Adam represented the mother of a child on the autism spectrum who tragically passed away at school due to negligence. The case revealed a web of deceit and negligence, which Adam skillfully dismantled through meticulous preparation and depositions.
